兔眼蓝莓(Vaccinium ashei)内生真菌G28对孔雀石绿的脱色优化 被引量:1

摘要 未处理染料废水排出不仅会造成水体污染,还会导致人类及动物身体癌变、畸形、突变等。本实验室从兔眼蓝莓(Vaccinium ashei)幼果表皮分离出一株内生真菌,命名为G28。根据菌株G28的形态特征和ITS序列相似性分析,鉴定该菌株为撕裂蜡孔菌(Ceriporia lacerata)。为探索该菌株的功能,对其进行预脱色筛选。通过固体染料培养基的筛选,并对脱色效果最好的染料进行碳源、氮源、金属离子、pH值和装液量等关联因子的脱色优化试验。结果显示,菌株G28对所选七种固体染料都有脱色作用,对孔雀石绿脱色效果最佳菌株G28对孔雀石绿脱色优化试验得出,添加20.0 g/L葡萄糖、1.0 g/L蛋白胨、1.0 g/L硫酸锰、装液量为10 mL且pH值未调节时脱色效果最佳。菌株G28可脱色孔雀石绿染料,在废液处理应用方面有一定的发展前景。 Untreated dye wastewater discharge will not only cause water pollution,but also lead to human and animal body cancer,deformity,mutation and so on.In this laboratory,a strain was isolated from the epidermis of young fruit of Accinium ashei and named G28.According to the morphological characteristics of strain G28 and the similarity analysis of ITS sequence,the strain was identified as Ceriporia lacerata.In order to explore the function of this strain,predecolorization screening was carried out.The decolorization of carbon source,nitrogen source,metal ion,pH value and liquid volume and other related factors of decolorization optimization test.Liquid content of one dye with the best decolorization effect was optimized by screening the solid dye medium.The results show that,strain G28 had decolorization effect on all the seven selected solid dyes,and the best decolorization effect was on malachite green.The optimization test of strain G28 on the decolorization of malachite green showed that the best decolorization effect was when 20.0 g/L glucose,1.0 g/L peptone,1.0 g/L manganese sulfate are added,the filling volume was 10 mL,and the pH value was not adjusted.Strain G28 has decolorized malachite green dye and has a certain development prospect in the application of effluent treatment.
