摘要
为了探讨摄入酸碱性水溶液对力竭性运动后血液酸碱度的影响。本研究选48位男性青年作为受试者,并将全部受试者随机分为对照组(CG组)、碱性水溶液A组(AAG组)、碱性水溶液B组(ABG组)、酸性水溶液C组(IG组),进行为期7 d的摄入,每次饮用量为500 mL。受试者在完成水溶液摄入后5 min进行Wingate无氧功率测试,然后取血样检测测验前、测试后即刻、测试后5 min血液酸碱度(pH)、碳酸氢根离子(HCO3-)、乳酸浓度(LA)等多项指标。结果显示,ABG组受试者摄入碱性水溶液,在力竭运动后pH值下降情况显著低于对照组、AAG组、IG组(p<0.05),HCO3-和氧分压指标依然明显高于前测(p<0.05),LA明显低于CG组(p<0.05)。说明持续摄入较强碱性的水溶液能有效抑制运动疲劳后的血液pH值的下降。
In order to investigate the effect of aqueous solution on blood acidity and alkalinity after exhaustive exercise.In this study,48 male young subjects were enrolled,and all subjects were randomly divided into control group(CG group),alkaline aqueous solution group A(AAG group),alkaline aqueous solution group B(ABG group),and acidic aqueous solution group(IG group),for a 7 day intake,each time drinking 500 m L.Wingate anaerobic test was carried out 5 minutes after the intake of water solution,and blood samples were taken before,immediately after,and 5 minutes after the test,including pH,HCO3-,lactic acid(LA),etc.The results showed that the pH value of ABG group was significantly lower than that of the control group,AAG group and IG group(p<0.05)after the intake of alkaline aqueous solution,and the HCO3-and oxygen partial pressure indexes were still significantly higher than the before test(p<0.05).The LA value was significantly lower than the CG group(p<0.05).It indicates that continuous intake of aqueous solution with strong alkalinity can effectively inhibit the decrease of blood pH value after exercise fatigue.
