Research progress on biomarkers for cerebral infraction

脑梗死发病率高,死亡率高,因其病因复杂,治疗时间窗受限,诊断、治疗中存在一定程度的风险,因而寻找一种能简单、迅速、有效的用于诊断与治疗脑梗死的生物标志物,逐渐成为研究的热点。对近几年来研究的可能作为脑梗死诊断、治疗以及预后风险评估的生物标记物进行综述。

Cerebral infraction had the high incidence and high mortality.Because cerebral infraction has complex etiology and treatment time window is limited,and there are certain risks in diagnosis and treatment,searching for a simple,rapid,and effective biomarker for the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction has gradually become a focus of research.The recent studies on possible biomarkers for the diagnosis,treatment,and prognostic risk assessment of cerebral infarction are reviewed in this paper.
