令鼎铭文考释二则

Two Complementary Interpretations of the Inscription of Lingding

令鼎是西周早期重要的青铜器。自清以来,诸多著录收录此器,鼎铭释读研究成果亦颇为丰富,然尚有需要商榷之处。本文分析认为鼎铭旧多释为“溓宫”的铭文实为“康宫”;“■”当读为“易”,是兑现赏赐之义。

Lingding is an important bronze in the early Western Zhou Dynasty.Since the Qing Dynasty,this bronze has been included in many descriptions,and the research results of the interpretation of the inscriptions have also been quite rich.However,there are still some points that need to be discussed.This article analyzes the character form of the inscription and gets the conclusions:the inscription which was often interpreted as"谦宫(Liangong)"in the past is actually"康宫(Kanggong)";the word"■(Yi)"should be read as"易(Yi)",which means to honor a reward.
