针刺联合推拿治疗儿童孤独症语言障碍的疗效

Therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with massage on autism children with language disorder

目的分析针刺联合推拿治疗对有语言障碍的孤独症儿童的疗效。方法随机将2015年12月~2019年4月我院收治的120例有语言障碍的孤独症患儿分为对照组(60例,给予常规针刺治疗)、研究组(60例,在对照组基础之上联合推拿治疗)。对比两组患儿治疗前后情绪、语言障碍、患儿语言训练效果、父母满意度等方面的情况。结果治疗前两组焦虑、抑郁评分对比无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组与对照组治疗前语言障碍无明显差异,治疗后研究组评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组满意度高于对照组(P=0.0082);研究组能力表达、精细表达、感知表达、社会交流等评分均高于对照组各项评分(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合推拿治疗可有效改善有语言障碍的孤独症患儿的情绪,改善其语言障碍和语言训练效果,提高家长对治疗的满意度。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with massage on language impairment in autistic children.Methods 120 autism children with speech disorder in our hospital from December 2015 to April 2019 were divided into the control group(60 cases,given conventional acupuncture treatment)and the research group(60 cases,based on this method).Give joint massage treatment on top.The improvement of negative emotions,recovery of language barriers,language training effect,and satisfaction of parents were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the negative emotional scores between the study group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the anxiety and depression score of the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of the study group was higher than that of the control group.(P<0.05).The total satisfaction in the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The study group’s ability to express,fine expression,sensory expression,social communication and other scores were higher than the control group scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with massage can effectively improve negative emotions,language barrier recovery level and language training effect in autism patients with language disorder.
