米氮平联合西酞普兰对伴有睡眠障碍的抑郁症患者的效果

The efficacy of mirtazapine combined citalopram in depression patients with sleep disorders

目的观察分析米氮平联合西酞普兰对抑郁症患者睡眠障碍的效果。方法选取2017年1月~2019年1月我院收治的合并睡眠障碍的抑郁症患者60例,将其随机分为2组,各30例。对照组采用草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗,观察组联合米氮平治疗。比较两组治疗前后PSQI(匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表)、MADRS(蒙哥马利抑郁评定量表)、HAMD-17(汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项)等评分变化、临床疗效、不良反应以及生活质量(SF-36量表)评分。结果治疗前,两组的PSQI、MADRS、HAMD-17评分无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各项改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组总体治疗有效率为73.33%,高于观察组的96.67%(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率13.33%,低于观察组的10.0%(P<0.05)。两组社会、生理、躯体功能、情感职能等评分也是观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米氮平联合西酞普兰对伴发的睡眠障碍的抑郁症患者疗效显著,可显著改善患者睡眠障碍和抑郁症状,且不良反应少,安全性较高,还可提升患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the efficacy of mirtazapine combined citalopram in depression patients with sleep disorders.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,60 depression patients with sleep disorders admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases each.The control group was treated with escitalopram,while the observation group was treated based on this combined with mirtazapine.The PSQI(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index)scores,MADRS(Montgomery Depression Rating Scale)scores,and HAMD-17(Hamilton Depression Scale 17)scores,clinical outcomes,adverse reactions,and quality of life(SF-36 scale)were compared between two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the scores of PSQI,MADRS,HAMD-17,before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the treatment efficiency in the control group was 73.33%,which was lower than that(96.67%)in the observation group.In terms of adverse reactions,the incidence of the control group was 13.33%,which was higher than that(10.0%)the observation group(P<0.05).The scores of social,physiological,physical functions,and emotional functions the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of mirtazapine combined citalopram in depression patients with sleep disorders is good,which can significantly improve the sleep disorders and depressive symptoms with less adverse reactions,higher safety.
