喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍的效果观察

Clinical observation of quetiapine in the treatment of bipolar disorder

目的观察喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍的效果。方法将2017年6月~2018年12月我院收治的双相情感障碍患者86例随机分为两组,各43例。对照组采用碳酸锂联合喹硫平治疗,观察组单纯采用喹硫平治疗。比较两组治疗前后BRMS评分变化、临床效果、生活质量以及不良反应。结果治疗前两组患者BRMS评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后2w、4w、6w时观察组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组治疗有效率为86.05%,和观察组的88.37%无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组在躯体、社会、生理功能、情感职能等评分也优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为18.6%,高于观察组的4.65%(P<0.05)。结论采取碳酸锂+喹硫平与单用喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍的总体疗效相当,而后者的不良反应更少,还能显著改善患者生活质量,安全性较高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of quetiapine in the treatment of bipolar disorder.Methods From June 2017 to December 2018,86 patients with bipolar disorder who were admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases each group.The control group was treated with lithium carbonate combined with quetiapine,and the observation group was treated with quetiapine alone.The changes of BRMS score,clinical effect,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the BRMS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 w,4 w and 6 w of treatment,the improvement of the BRMS score in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in treatment efficiency rate between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The scores of physical,social,physiological and emotional functions in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of adverse reactions,the incidence of the control group was 18.6%,which was higher than that(4.65%)in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall efficacy of lithium carbonate+quetiapine is same as the quetiapine alone in the treatment of patients with bipolar disorder,while the latter has fewer adverse reactions,and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
