乌灵胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭合并抑郁的效果观察

Effect of Wuling capsule combined with Trimetazidine in chronic heart failure patients with Depression

目的乌灵胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭合并抑郁患者的疗效。方法将103例慢性心力衰竭合并抑郁患者随机分组,对照组51例予曲美他嗪联合心理干预,观察组52例增加乌灵胶囊,观察心功能、抑郁症状的变化。结果观察组患者治疗后LVEF、SV、CO、5-HT水平、6min步行距离及总有效率均高于对照组,LVESD、LVEDD、NT-proBNP、H-FABP水平及HAMA、HAMD评分较对照组患者显著降低(P<0.05),不良事件发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乌灵胶囊联合曲美他嗪能够有效消除慢性心力衰竭合并抑郁患者负性情绪,改善心功能,其机制可能与调节神经递质水平有关。

Objective To observe the effect of Wuling capsule combined with trimetazidine in chronic heart failure patients with depression.Methods 103 chronic heart failure patients with depression were divided into 2 groups randomly,51 cases in control group were treated with the trimetazidine and psychological intervention,52 cases in observation group added Wuling Capsules.The change of heart function,depressive symptoms were compared between two group.Results After treatment,LVEF,SV,CO,5-ht level,6 min walking distance and total effective rate of th e observation group were all higher than the control group,LVESD,LVEDD,nt-probnp,h-fabp level,HAMA,HAMD score were significantly lower thanthe control group(P<0.05).and the incidence of adverse events was not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion Wuling Capsule combined with trimetazidine can effectively eliminate negative emotions and improve heart function in chronic heart failure patients with depression,and its mechanism maybe is related to the regulation of neurotransmitter levels.
