选取57位癌症终末期患儿家属进行哀伤辅导,采用生死教育、舒适护理、社会支持、延续辅导等干预措施,缓解平复家属的哀伤情绪。通过实施哀伤辅导干预,57位癌症终末期患儿家属均接受失去亲人的事实,患儿未实施无谓的救治措施。

57 family members of children with terminal cancer were selected for grief counseling and interventions such as life and death education,comfort nursing,social support,and continued counseling to ease the grief of family members.The 57 family members of the children with terminal cancer accept the facts that they were to lose their loved ones through grief counselling.The children did not accept the saving measures.
