新冠肺炎疫情对某三甲公立医院运营的影响分析

Analysis of COVID-19 Influence on Operation of a Tertiary Public Hospital

目的通过分析新冠肺炎疫情对公立医院运营的影响,为后疫情期公立医院运营管理提供对策建议。方法对比分析浙江某三甲医院2019年、2020年1―2月及2020年1月和2月服务量、医疗收入和收入结构等指标的差异。结果门急诊人次、出院人次、医疗总收入等相关指标出现不同程度下降,互联网就诊人次、门诊次均费用、药占比、人员支出等相关指标大幅攀升。结论本次新冠肺炎疫情的爆发和扩散短期对公立医院正常运营造成了一定的冲击,建议政府适当增加财政投入并完善有关医改指标的考核办法,医院亦可以此为契机加快互联网医院建设,改善医疗质量和服务。

Objective To provide countermeasures and suggestions for the operation and management of public hospitals in the post-epidemic period by analyzing the impact of COVID-19 epidemic on the operation of public hospitals.Methods A comparative analysis of the differences in the service volume,medical income,and income structure of a Tertiary hospital from January to February 2019,January to February 2020 was conducted.Results The number of outpatient and emergency department visits,the number of discharges,the total medical income and other related indicators declined to varying degrees.The number of Internet visits,the average cost of outpatient visits,the proportion of medicines,and personnel expenditures will rise sharply.Conclusion The outbreak and spread of COVID-19 epidemic has caused a certain impact on the normal operation of public hospitals in the short term.It is recommended that the government appropriately increase financial investment and improve the assessment methods of relevant medical reform indicators.Hospitals can also use this as an opportunity to accelerate the construction of Internet hospitals and improve quality of medical care and service.
