COVID-19疑似患者院内分级转运方案与应用研究

Study on Graded Transfer Plan for Suspected COVID-19 Patients within Hospital

目的研究分析标准化分级转运方案在普通病区疑似COVID-19患者院内转运中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2020年3月我院普通病房院内转运的疑似COVID-19患者94例,采用随机数表法分入对照组和研究组,各47例。对照组患者接受疫情专项院内转运方案,研究组采用标准化分级转运方案。比较两组转运时间、转运护士心理压力评分、转运交接质量评分、转运过程中不良事件发生率及患者(家属)满意度。结果研究组院内转运时间显著短于对照组,转运护士心理压力评分低于对照组(p<0.05);研究组的院内转运质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);研究组转运过程中不良事件发生率14.89%(6/47)显著低于对照组38.30%(18/47),差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);研究组患者(家属)满意度93.62%(44/47),高于对照组的70.21%(33/47),差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论标准化分级转运方案在普通病区疑似COVID-19患者院内转运中的应用价值确切,能够有效缩短院内转运时间,缓解转运护士心理压力,降低不良事件发生率,提高患者家属满意度。

Objective To study and analyze the application effect of standardized graded transfer plan of suspected COVID-19 patients in general wards within hospital.Methods A total of 94 suspected COVID-19 patients in the general ward of our hospital transferred from January 2020 to March 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received an epidemic-specific in-hospital transfer plan,and the study group adopted a standardized graded transport plan.The transfer time,the psychological stress score of the transfer nurse,the transfer quality score,the incidence of adverse events during the transfer and the satisfaction of patients(or family)were compared between the two groups.Results The transfer time in the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the psychological stress score of the transfer nurses was lower than that of the control group(p<0.05).The transfer quality score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The incidence of adverse events during the transfer process in the study group was 14.89%(6/47)which was significantly lower than 38.30%(18/47)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The satisfaction of patients(or family)in the study group was 93.62%(44/47),higher than 70.21%(33/47)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The standardized graded transfer plan has a definite application value in the hospital transfer of suspected COVID-19 patients in general wards.It can effectively shorten the transfer time in the hospital,relieve the psychological pressure of the transfer nurses,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve the satisfaction of patients’families.
