摘要
建立了电动车组车体有限元模型,通过对比有限元分析和物理载荷试验中底架侧梁的变形,验证了有限元模型。利用断裂力学,计算了含有裂纹的电动车组底架的临界裂纹尺寸和裂纹扩展速率。
The finite element model of EMU car body is constructed,which was verified through comparing the finite element analysis and the deformation of frame side beam in physical load test.The critical crack size and growth rate of the cracked EMU under frame are calculated using fracture dynamics.
