钙离子在类过敏机制及评价中的作用 被引量:1

Role of calcium ion in the mechanism of pseudoallergy and non-clinical evaluation

摘要 钙离子作为重要的第二信使,参与机体各种反应,如与类过敏产生相关的细胞脱颗粒。细胞内钙离子水平改变的过程涉及许多受体、信号通路及钙离子流动通道,但目前研究结果尚不充分。现将总结与类过敏产生相关的细胞膜受体及进一步影响钙离子水平变化的信号通路、钙离子释放通道等,从多方面阐释钙离子在类过敏发生过程中的重要作用。通过了解钙离子在细胞脱颗粒过程中的作用,可以进一步明确药物作用的机制及影响因素,为药物安全性评价提供有效指标,便于早期预测及筛选。 Calcium ion is an important second messengers in a variety of body reactions,such as cell degranulation associated with pseudoallergy.The process of calcium ion change involves many receptors,signal pathways and calcium flow channels,but the research results are not enough.This article summarized the cell membrane receptors related to the development of pseudo-allergy,the signal pathways and calcium release channels that further affect the changes of calcium level,and explain the important role of calcium ion in the development of pseudo-allergy from various aspects.By understanding the role of calcium ions in the process of cell degranulation,to further clarify the mechanism and influencing factors of drug action,in order to provide effective indicators for drug safety evaluation,and facilitate early prediction and screening.
