Introduction to extended cost-effectiveness analysis and case study

目的通过简要介绍扩展成本效果分析(extended cost-effectiveness analysis,ECEA)方法和两个扩展成本效果分析案例,阐明其应用流程和应用情况,为ECEA在中国的应用提供有益参考。方法利用文献研究法,搜集、鉴别、整理近年来与ECEA相关的文献资料进行研究。结果通过ECEA案例研究可以发现,大部分健康干预措施实施后,贫困人口获得的健康收益和财务风险保护等各方面的收益最多。结论ECEA可以弥补现有药物经济学评价方法的不足,提高卫生资源配置效率,促进卫生事业朝着更稳定、更公平的方向发展,在中国具有广阔的应用前景。

Objective By briefly introducing the extended cost-effectiveness analysis(ECEA)method and two cases,illustrated the application process and situation,and provided a useful reference for the application of ECEA in China.Methods The literature research method was used to collect,identify and sort out the literature related to ECEA in recent years for research.Results Through ECEA case studies,it was found that after implementation of most health interventions,the poor people received the most health gains and financial risk protection.Conclusion ECEA can make up for the shortcomings of existing pharmacoeconomic evaluation methods,improve the efficiency of health resource allocation,and promote the development of health undertakings in a more stable and equitable direction,which has broad application prospects in China.
