妊娠期糖尿病产后代谢管理策略

Postpartum metabolic management strategies in women with gestational diabetes mellitus

妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)是妊娠期常见并发症之一,它可增加患者及其子代远期糖代谢异常和心血管疾病等发生风险。由于社会经济、患者自身健康意识及家庭因素,全球的GDM患者产后随访率不足50%。基于现有研究证据,现总结了GDM患者产后规范化管理和提高随访率的措施及建议,旨在提高公众及医务工作者对GDM患者产后规范管理的认识,提升院内管理水平。

Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is one of the common complications during pregnancy,conferring an increased risk of long-term abnormal glucose metabolism and cardiovascular disease for both mother and children.Due to socioeconomic factors,patients’health awareness and family-related practicalities,less than 50%of women with GDM partake in postpartum glucose testing.Based on the existing research evidence,this paper summarized some strategies and suggestions for standardized postpartum management of GDM and improvement of follow-up rate,aiming to improve the public and medical staffs’awareness of standardized postpartum management of GDM and the level of hospital management.
