补肾安胎方对胎动不安及子宫血流动力学、抑制素A的影响

The effects of Bushen Antai recipe on fetal agitation and the influence of uterine hemodynamics and inhibin-A

目的研究补肾安胎方对胎动不安(fetal agitation,FA)及子宫血流动力学、抑制素(inhibin,INH)-A的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2021年11月聊城市第二人民医院产科FA患者92例,按简单随机数表法分为观察组(n=47)和对照组(n=45)。对照组给予孕酮(progesterone,P),观察组在对照组基础加用补肾安胎方。对比两组临床疗效、子宫血流动力学[阻力系数(resistance coefficient,RI)、收缩期/舒张期比值(systolic/diastolic,S/D)、搏动指数(pulsatility index,PI)]、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotropin,hCG)、P、雌二醇(estradiol,E_(2))、INH-A水平及妊娠结局。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(95.74%vs 75.55%,P<0.05);观察组RI、S/D、PI、早产率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组β-HCG、P、E_(2)、INH-A水平、足月妊娠均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾安胎方可有效改善FA患者临床症状,促进微循环,改善子宫血流动力学,帮助INH-A水平上升,疗效显著。

Objective To study the effects of Bushen Antai recipe on fetal agitation(FA)and uterine hemodynamics and inhibin(INH)-A.Methods Ninety-two patients with FA in the first ward of obstetrics,the second people’s hospital of Liaocheng from January 2021 to November 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(n=47)and control group(n=45)according to simple random number table method.The control group was given progesterone(P),and the observation group was given Bushen Antai recipe on the basis of control group.Clinical efficacy,uterine hemodynamics[resistance coefficient(RI),systolic/diastolic ratio(S/D),pulsatility index(PI)],β-human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG),P,estradiol(E_(2))and INH-A levels and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(95.74%vs 75.55%,P<0.05).The levels of RI,S/D,PI,preterm birth of observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels ofβ-hCG,P,E_(2),INH-A,full-term pregnancy of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Antai recipe can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with FA,promote microcirculation,improve uterine hemodynamics and increase the level of INH-A,with significant effect.
