小型化细胞检测计数系统设计

摘要 细胞检测计数在细胞研究中有着重要的研究意义,可以区分并提取正常和非正常细胞个数,使得医生可以有效的观察到病情的状态。但当前的细胞计数仪器普遍体积大、造价昂贵。因此基于显微成像技术设计了一套小型的细胞检测计数系统,系统整体结构由UG设计3D模型并打印组装,并设计一款直流稳压电源为系统各模块供电。系统体积不超过25 cm^(3),重量不超过2 kg,可以实时细胞图像采集、计数。有成本低、便携带、适用性广等的优点。并对系统进行分辨率测试以及细胞分类提取功能进行测试,平均准确率达到了94%以上,证明设计的细胞计数系统可以实现高准确度的对细胞提取与计数,为细胞计数行业的发展学提供了新设计思路。 Cell detection and counting is of great significance in cell research.It can distinguish and extract the number of normal and abnormal cells,so that doctors can effectively observe the state of the disease.However,the current cell counting instruments are generally bulky and expensive.Therefore,based on microscopic imaging technology,a small cell detection and counting system is designed.The overall structure of the system is designed by UG,3 D model is printed and assembled,and a DC regulated power supply is designed to supply power for each module of the system.The volume of this system is less than 25 cm^(3)and the weight is less than 2 kg.It can collect and count cell images in real time.It has the advantages of low cost,portability and wide applicability.The resolution test and cell classification and extraction function test of this system show that the average accuracy rate is over 94%,which proves that the cell counting system designed in this paper can realize high-accuracy cell extraction and counting,and provides a new design idea for the development of cell counting industry.
