多测量模式无线应变测试系统的设计与实现

Design and implementation of wireless strain testing system with multi-measurement mode

摘要 石油现场使用的有线应变测试仪数据传输线路繁杂、施工效率低、劳动强度大;受工况和环境影响大,可靠性差;传统有线应变测试系统测试软件和承载能力分析软件相互独立,系统集成度低,需要导出数据后再分析,不利于现场测试分析。针对以上问题,研发了一种基于高精度数据测量及处理电路、低温环境应变测试及信号处理技术的无线应变测试系统,开发了实时数据分析软件,实现了井场数据无线传输、测试数据在线安全分析。经北京市计量检测科学研究院校准标定,无线应变测试系统的准确度级别达到0.1级(JJG623-2005)。 The wired strain tester used in oil field has complicated data transmission lines,low construction efficiency and high labor intensity.It is greatly affected by working conditions and environment and has poor reliability.The test software and load-bearing capacity analysis software of traditional wired strain testing system are independent of each other,and the system integration degree is low.Therefore,the data need to be exported for analysis,which is not conducive to field test analysis.Aiming at the above problems,a wireless strain testing system based on high-precision data measurement and processing circuit,strain testing in low-temperature environment and signal processing technology was developed.Real-time data analysis software was developed to realize wireless transmission of wellsite data and online safety analysis of test data.After calibration and calibration by Beijing Institute of Metrology and Testing Science,the accuracy level of this wireless strain testing system reaches 0.1(JJG623-2005).
