炮塔座圈微间隙动态测试系统设计

摘要 为了解决炮塔座圈间隙在行进射击过程中动态测试难度大、测量范围小及测量精度要求高等问题,研制了基于电涡流非接触测试技术的炮塔座圈微间隙动态测试系统。对电涡流位移传感器的工作原理进行了深入的分析,电涡流位移传感器感知炮塔座圈间隙变化,数据采集系统采集电涡流的输出信号通过千兆网发送给下位机,在下位机进行数据分析与处理,通过CAN通信发送给上位机实时显示,实现了炮塔座圈微间隙的动态测试。实验结果表明,该炮塔座圈微间隙动态测试系统响应速度快,可达256 kHz采样率;测量精度高,可达0.01 mm;实现了炮塔座圈微间隙状态的实时监测。 In order to solve the problems of difficulty,small measuring range and high measuring accuracy in dynamic test of turret ring clearance during moving shooting,a dynamic test system of turret ring micro-clearance based on eddy current non-contact testing technology was developed.In-depth analysis of the working principle of the eddy current displacement sensor was carried out.The eddy current displacement sensor detects the clearance change of turret ring,and the output signal of eddy current collected by the data acquisition system is sent to the lower computer through the network.The lower computer conducts data analysis and processing,and sends to the upper computer for real-time display through CAN communication,realizing the dynamic test of turret ring clearance.The experimental results show that the dynamic test system for the micro-gap of the turret seat has a fast response speed,up to 256 kHz sampling rate.And the high measurement accuracy,up to 0.01 mm and the real-time monitoring of the state of the turret seat micro-gap are realized.
