Design of automatic error adjustment system of PTB series pressure sensor

阐述了PTB系列数字式气压传感器修正值计算及误差调整的方法。为了简化气压传感器误差调整工作,开发了数字式气压传感器误差自动调整系统。利用系统对PTB系列数字式气压传感器进行修正值计算和误差调整,检定结果表明调整后各检定点误差在±0.05 hPa范围以内,验证了修正值计算方法和误差调整方法的正确性。系统集成了PTB系列气压传感器修正值计算和误差自动调整功能,不用手工输入命令和参数,方便技术人员进行误差调整,缩短了误差调整工作时间。

This paper expounds the method of correction value calculation and error adjustment of PTB series digital air pressure sensor.In order to simplify the error adjustment of air pressure sensor,a digital automatic error adjustment system of air pressure sensor is developed.The system is used to calculate the correction value and adjust the error of PTB series digital air pressure sensor.The verification results show that the error of each verification point after adjustment is within±0.05 hPa,which verifies the correctness of the correction value calculation method and error adjustment method.The system integrates the correction value calculation and error automatic adjustment functions of PTB series air pressure sensor,without manual input of commands and parameters,which is convenient for technicians to adjust the error and shorten the working time of error adjustment.
