摘要
针对传统循环风紫外线消毒机信息化程度较低,以消毒机的功能需求为切入点,采用物联网层级架构的思想,从软件设计与硬件配置两个维度构建完整的监控系统,包括消毒机设备终端和监控平台。设备终端包括微控制器、多种空气质量传感器、无线通信模块、紫外线灯和风机。监控平台使用Node.js开发,包括Web服务器、MongoDB数据库和TCP服务器。该系统具有环境参数监测、网页端数据显示、数据存储、远程控制、终端人机交互、红外遥控等功能。在服务器部署系统并进行了相关测试,测试结果表明,该系统能够稳定运行,实现了设备终端与监控平台双向的实时数据通信。
In view of the low degree of informationization of traditional circulating wind ultraviolet disinfection machines,this article takes the functional requirements of disinfection machines as the entry point,adopts the idea of Internet of Things hierarchical architecture,and builds a complete monitoring system from two dimensions of software design and hardware configuration,including disinfection machines.Hardware terminal and monitoring platform.The hardware terminal includes a microcontroller,a variety of air quality sensors,wireless communication modules,ultraviolet lamps and fans.The monitoring platform is developed using Node.js,including Web server,MongoDB database and TCP server.The system has functions such as environmental parameter monitoring,web page data display,data storage,remote control,terminal man-machine interaction,infrared remote control,etc.The system was deployed on the server and related tests were carried out.The test results show that the system can operate stably,realizing two-way real-time data communication between the hardware terminal and the monitoring platform.
