摘要
针对计算机主板硬盘、内存和CPU装配需要大量重复性体力劳动且工作效率较低问题,构建了基于CRB15000协作机器人的计算机装配工作站,根据实际生产工艺进行离线编程,仿真分析了装备工作站生产节拍和轨迹规划。利用RobotStudio和SolidWorks构建了工作站模型,规划了系统单元布局,对机器人夹具、传送带和计算机主板进行了动态Smart组件设计,创建了I/O信号及连接,进行了Wizard编程和仿真分析。结果表明协作机器人应用能够实现人机安全协作,提高了装配效率,同时为生产线智能化升级、改造提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of computer motherboard hard disk,memory and CPU assembly requiring a lot of repetitive physical labour and low work efficiency,this paper builds a computer assembly workstation based on the CRB15000 collaborative robot,offline programming according to the actual production process,simulation analysis of the equipment workstation production tempo and trajectory planning.RobotStudio and SolidWorks were used to build the workstation model,plan the system cell layout,design the robot fixture,conveyor belt and computer motherboard with dynamic Smart components,create I/O signals and connections,and perform Wizard programming and simulation analysis.The results show that the collaborative robot application can achieve safe human-machine collaboration and improve assembly efficiency,while providing a reference for intelligent upgrading and transformation of production lines.
