摘要 基于高重频脉冲功率开关技术,对大功率晶闸管的快速在线检测电路进行了设计。通过分析对比晶闸管的传统检测方法及已有在线检测方法,提出了基于真空开关高压隔离技术的晶闸管快速故障在线检测设计方案。通过对晶闸管并联的均压电阻两端的电压进行静态检测,实现串联晶闸管故障的快速判别;给出了真空开关的选型结果;并通过仿真与试验验证了检测电路的可行性。该检测方法合理可行,可在0.6s内完成串联晶闸管的故障检测,对高重频脉冲电源中的关键器件晶闸管的健康管理系统有重要的工程应用价值。 Based on the high frequency pulse power switch technology,the fast on-line detection circuit of thyristor is designed.By analyzing and comparing the traditional and existing online detection methods of thyristor,the design scheme of rapid fault detection of thyristor based on vacuum switch high-voltage isolation technology is put forward:by means of static detection of the voltage at both ends of the voltage-sharing resistor in parallel with the thyristor,realize the rapid and discriminant series thyristor fault;the selection result of the vacuum switch is given;and through the simulation and experiment verify the feasibility of detection circuit.This method is reasonable and feasible,can complete fault detection of thyristor in series within 0.6 s,and has important engineering application value for the health management system of thyristor,a key component in high frequency pulse power supply.
