风云四号科研试验卫星星地一体化测控设计 被引量:6

摘要 为满足我国新一代风云四号科研试验卫星多载荷并行工作的业务需求,采用星地一体化理念设计了星地测控系统,介绍了星地测控系统的总体架构,研究了卫星遥测数据格式和遥测参数处理方法,设计了不同类型的遥控数据格式和遥控调度方法,并对星地链路进行了测算,明确了星地测控工作流程。采用星地一体化测控技术,大大提升了业务测控能力。系统投入应用以来,各项功能和性能指标符合设计要求,相比第一代静止轨道气象卫星,遥测参数和指令类型增加8倍,遥控业务量增加近百倍,能有效满足新一代气象卫星高时效性和高可靠性的业务要求。 To meet the multi-instruments parallel work requirement of new generation FY-4 scientific research satellite,we designed a satellite-ground integrated TT&C system.Firstly,this paper introduces the overall system architecture.The satellite telemetry data formats and parameter processing method is studied.Different type of telecommand information formats are designed,and the scheduling methods for telecommand are studied.The satellite-ground links and the workflow of satellite-ground TT&C system have been analyzed.As the application of satellite-ground integrated TT&C technology,the ability of business TT&C system has been greatly improved.The function and performance meet the system design requirements.Compared to the first generation geostationary satellite,FY-4’s telemetry parameters and telecommands increased more than eight times,and the business of telecontrol increased nearly a hundred times.The application of FY-4 satellite-ground TT&C system can greatly improve telemetry and telecontrol,and can meet the high time efficiency and high reliability business requirements of the new generation meteorological satellite.
