试验测试数据管理系统设计与实现

Design and implementation of test data management system

武器试验涉及多台测试设备,其产生的测试数据差异性很大,相关单位多数采用人工管理,使数据呈"孤岛"现象,为了优化相关单位对测试数据的管理,使试验更加合理有效。利用软件定义网络(SDN)技术和服务器高效存储与处理能力,设计一个以LAMP为框架的管理系统,服务器实时获取传感器、摄像机等测试设备传输的数据并实时处理。该系统在外场试验环境下对测试数据进行实时存储与按需检索,其效率相对传统的管理方式得到很明显的提高,有效的解决了"孤岛"现象,从一定程度上减小数据丢失的风险及规避测试部件的重复性修改。

The weapon test involves a plurality of test equipment,the test data produced by the test equipment are very different,most of the coherent units adopt manual management,so that the data is in a"Gudao"phenomenon,and in order to manage test databy the coherent units,the test is more reasonable and effective.This paper uses SDN technology and server to store and process efficiently,and designs a management system which uses LAMP as the framework,and the server acquires the data transmitted by the test equipment such as the sensor and the camera in real time and real-time processing.The system can store and retrieve the test data in real time under the field test environment,the efficiency of the system is obviously improved relative to the traditional management mode,the"Gudao"phenomenon is effectively solved,the risk of data loss is reduced to a certain extent,and the repetitive modification of the test component is avoided.
