基于RFID高压管件全生命周期动态跟踪PC管理平台系统设计

摘要 为了解决井下压裂施工期间需要对高压管件全生命周期动态跟踪监管的问题,因此设计了一个高压管件PC管理平台系统使得高压管件管理更加简单高效。首先,通过写卡器将每个高压管件信息写入对应的RFID电子标签中;其次,绑定RFID电子标签于对应的高压管件上,利用手持终端APP扫描高压管件上标签,将管件信息上传服务器数据库;最后通过PC管理平台发送请求从数据库中获取管件数据,从而对管件进行一系列操作管理。实验结果表明,通过PC管理平台不仅可以获取到标签对应的高压管件所有信息,而且也能完成对高压管件的计划、入库、领取、使用、报警、检测、报废以及其他功能的操作管理,满足了对高压管件全生命周期的动态跟踪监管的需求,管理层可实时掌握每个高压管件的运行态势,也实现了对高压管件无纸化、高效、安全管理。 In order to solve the problem of dynamic tracking and supervision of high-pressure pipe fittings during the whole process of underground fracturing construction,a high-pressure pipe fitting PC management platform system is designed to make the management of high-pressure pipe fittings simpler and more efficient.First,each high-pressure pipe information is written into the corresponding RFID electronic tag by the card writer,and secondly,the RFID electronic tag is bound to the corresponding high-pressure pipe,and the label of the high-pressure pipe is scanned by the handheld terminal APP,and the pipe information is uploaded to the server.The database finally sends a request to obtain the pipe fitting data from the database through the PC management platform,thereby performing a series of operation management on the pipe fittings.The experimental results show that through the PC management platform,not only can all the information of the high-pressure pipe fittings corresponding to the label be obtained,but also the operation management of the planning,storage,collection,use,alarm,detection,scrapping and other functions of the high-pressure pipe fittings can be completed.With the need for dynamic tracking and supervision of the whole life cycle of high-pressure pipe fittings,the management can grasp the running situation of each high-pressure pipe fitting in real time,and realize the paperless,efficient and safe management of high-pressure pipe fittings.
