摘要 为实现对光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)传感器检测到的动态应变量进行实时性、高速性的采集和传输,设计了一种基于DSP和FPGA架构的高速数据采集系统。该系统利用现场可编程逻辑门阵列(FPGA)作为辅助处理器,完成高速数据采集、存储配置程序、给开发板供电的功能,利用数字信号处理器(DSP)作为主处理器,实现数据处理和储存等功能,再通过控制芯片CY7C68013实现DSP与PC的高速传输,将最终测得的应变量在PC上显示,便于对结果进行分析。阐述了系统的整体功能、硬件电路和软件设计,通过实验仿真分析,证明了该系统可以实现高速采集的要求,并且具有较好的稳定性和实时性。 In order to realize the real-time and high-speed collection and transmission of the dynamic strain variables detected by the fiber Bragg grating(FBG)sensor,a high-speed data collection system based on DSP and FPGA architecture is designed.The system utilizes a field programmable gate array(FPGA)as an auxiliary processor to perform highspeed data acquisition,storage configuration procedures,and power to the development board.The digital signal processor(DSP)is used as the main processor to implement data processing and After storage and other functions,the highspeed transmission of DSP and PC is realized by the control chip CY7 C68013,and the final measured strain is displayed on the PC,which is convenient for analyzing the result.The overall function,hardware circuit and software design of the system are expounded.Through experimental simulation analysis,it proves that the system can achieve high-speed acquisition requirements,and has good stability and real-time performance.
