摘要
为了实现PM2.5等与空气质量相关参数的测量,采用USART HMI智能串口屏及STM32处理器,结合不同的传感器组合,设计了一个空气质量测试系统,可实现温度、湿度、TVOC、PM2.5及CO2等参数的实时测量显示及描绘出各参数历史曲线。采用USART HMI组态开发软件进行人机界面的程序编写,在设计过程中对所涉及到的所有测量参数所对应的显示界面、文本控件、存储地址等进行统一规划,以便HMI界面的参数设置适用不同传感器组合。测试结果表明,该系统运行稳定,测量数据误差较小,能对空气中多个参数同时进行测量,具有较高的实用性。
In order to achieve PM2.5 and other air quality related parameters measurement,USART HMI intelligent serial screen and STM32 processor.We designed an air quality test system by combining different sensor combinations,which can achieve functions such as real-time measurement and display of parameters like temperature,humidity,TVOC,PM2.5 and CO2 formaldehyde can be realized and the historical curve of each parameter can be drawn.This design uses the USART HMI configuration development software to program the human-machine interface,we unified planning of display interfaces,texts control,storage addresses,etc.so that the parameter settings of the HMI interface apply to different sensor combinations.The test results show that the system runs stably,the measurement data error is small,and it can measure multiple parameters in the air at the same time,which has high practicability.
