摘要
对于利用激光光幕对破片及弹丸进行非接触式速度测试系统,精确测量靶距是提高测速精度的关键。为了精确测量激光光幕测速系统靶距,设计一种基于与光幕等宽狭缝窗光电探测、ATmega16实时采集显示的激光光幕中心位置检测系统。利用激光光幕光幕厚度方向上的光强以高斯分布的形式从中心向外衰减的特点,实现光幕中心位置的精确显示,辅以激光跟踪仪测量激光光幕测速系统精确靶距。测试结果表明,该系统可用于检测1mm宽激光光幕的中心位置,最小分辨率可达8μm,为激光光幕测速系统提出一种新的靶距精确测量方法。
For the non-contact speed test system of fragmentation and projectiles using laser light screen,accurate measurement of target distance is the key to improving the accuracy of speed measurement.In order to accurately measure the target distance of the laser screen velocity measurement system,a laser light screen center position detection system based on photoelectric detection with light screen with equal width slit window and ATmega16 real-time acquisition display is designed.By utilizing the characteristic that the light intensity in the direction of the thickness of the laser screen attenuates from the center to the outside in the form of Gauss distribution,the accurate display of the central position of the laser curtain is realized,supplemented by the laser tracker to measure the precise target distance of the laser light screen velocity measurement system.The test results show that the system can be used to detect the central position of1 mm wide laser screen with a minimum resolution of 8μm,which provides a new method for accurate measurement of target distance for laser light screen velocity measurement system.
