乡村博物馆发展现状探究

A Study of the Current Development of Rural Museum

近些年乡村博物馆作为一种新兴产物,在全国各地都兴建了起来。乡村博物馆作为一种特殊的地域性博物馆,本应有收藏地域性藏品、宣传教育乡风民俗、科学研究乡土文化三大功能,但当前的乡村博物馆收藏的藏品缺乏地域性特色;当地村民对乡村博物馆认知度低,无人知晓;没有专业人才,科学研究几乎空白。总体上呈现出未能发挥出博物馆应有功能的问题。乡村博物馆是博物馆,作为一个文化机构,要想实现自己的目标,尽到一个文化机构应尽的社会职责,必须有良好科学的管理作为保证。只有健全乡村博物馆的行政、藏品、公众活动、财政各方面管理,才能保障其实现应有使命。

In recent years,the rural museum has been built all over the country as a new product.The rural museum is a special type of regional museum which have three main functions:collecting regional objects,diffusing,and conducting the education of local customs,and undertaking scientific research on rural culture,while the current collection of the rural museum lacks regional characteristics;local villagers have low awareness of the rural museum,and it probably never be known;there are no professionals talents,the scientific research is almost blank.In general,it presents the problem of failing to perform the museum’s functions.A village museum is a museum that must have a scientific approach to management as a guarantee to achieve its goals and fulfill its social responsibility as a cultural institution.Only sound management that includes administration,collection,public activity,and finance will ensure that the rural museum implements its proper mission.
