董浩云,“世界七大船王”之一,中国现代航运事业的先驱。董浩云毕生致力于航运事业,他撰写全国航运业整理方案,提出航运业整理的目标和手段,指明现代航运业发展的方向;他成立中国航运公司,促成国人首次远洋航运壮举,组建货柜船队、打造超级油轮,开启了中国远洋航运的新时代;他创办《航运》杂志、海上大学,传播航运文化并践行海上教育,为中国现代航运业的发展做出了不可磨灭贡献。
