广东自贸区FDI与产业转型升级研究

文章对广东自贸区吸收利用外商直接投资(FDI)和产业转型进行了分析,通过选取2007-2016年自贸区8个城市的面板数据,深层次考察了外商直接投资技术溢出效应对广东自贸区产业结构转型升级的影响.研究表明:①外商直接投资对自贸区三次产业结构影响的方向和程度不同;②外商直接投资技术溢出效应有助于广东自贸区产业转型升级,且效果显著.最后,提出了促进广东自贸区产业转型升级的政策建议.

This paper analyzes the absorption and utilization of foreign direct investment(FDI)and industrial transformation in Guangdong Free Trade Area(FTA).The study finds that the direction and impact of foreign direct investment on the three industrial structures of the Free Trade Area are different.The study selects panel data of 8 cities in the case area from 2007 to 2016,and examines the impact of foreign direct investment technology spillover effect on the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in the case area.A dynamic panel model was established for empirical analysis,and the study found:The technology spillover effect of foreign direct investment contributes to the industrial transformation and upgrading with significant results of the case area.Based on this,we have proposed policy recommendations to promote the industrial restructuring and upgrading of the case FTA.
