MgO-TiO_(2)二元系熔体结构的原位超高温拉曼光谱研究

摘要 利用激光加热超高温气动悬浮熔体和皮秒拉曼光谱测试技术耦合,有效抑制超高温黑体辐射对拉曼光谱的影响,获得了高信噪比的二元镁钛酸盐系列熔体拉曼光谱。定量分析了熔体中团簇结构的分布及其随组分浓度的变化规律。定量分析表明:MgO-TiO_(2)二元系熔体中存在H_(0)、Q_(0)、Q_(1)、Q_(2)和Q_(3)微结构单元,且随TiO_(2)浓度的增加,熔体中四配位TiO_(4)四面体逐渐向六配位TiO_(6)八面体转变。 The domestic-developed super pneumatic suspension and laser heated picosecond high temperature Raman spectroscopy test system greatly shields the interference of blackbody radiation on Raman signal under high temperature and extreme conditions.In-situ Raman spectra of binary MgO-TiO_(2)series melts were measured with high SN(Signal to Noise Ratio)at 2003 K.The accurate quantitative distribution of the molar percentage content of Q_(i)and H_(0)species were thus described quantitatively with the change of TiO_(2)composition.The results show that there are H_(0),Q_(0),Q_(1),Q_(2)and Q_(3)clusters in binary MgO-TiO_(2)system melt,With the increase of TiO_(2)concentration,the tetrahedron of four-coordinated TiO_(4)in the melt gradually transforms into six-coordinated TiO6octahedron.
