基于ZIF-8@Au复合基底对多种氨基酸的SERS检测

摘要 粗糙贵金属可以作为SERS基底,金属有机框架化合物(MOFs)是一种有周期性重复结构的孔状化合物,由于其具有较大的比表面积和可以调节孔径的特点[1],将其与金属纳米粒子结合,形成复合材料,克服了贵金属不稳定易聚集的缺点,有利于拉曼增强。该工作是以ZIF-8这种典型MOFs作为基础,利用ZIF-8超强的吸附性,在ZIF-8上通过静电吸附作用负载AuNPs,制备了ZIF-8@Au复合基底,发现由于Au的电磁增强效应[2],可以实现对氨基酸分子的较好SERS增强,从而用于杂粮中氨基酸成分的高效SERS检测。 Rough metals can be used as SERS substrates.Metal-organic framework compounds(MOFs)are pore structures with periodic repetition structure.Due to their large specific surface area and adjustable pore size,the combination of them with metal nanoparticles to form composite materials is more conducive to Raman enhancement.This work was based on ZIF-8,a typical MOFs,and prepared ZIF-8@Au composite substrate on ZIF-8by electrostatic adsorption loading AuNPs.It was found that due to the electromagnetic enhancement effect of Au,good SERS enhancement of amino acid molecules could be realized,which was used for efficient SERS detection of amino acid components in miscellaneous grains.
