摘要
全内反射紫外光谱原位表征液-液、固-液和气-液界面处分子和离子间相互作用在萃取和吸附等分离科学领域具有广泛的应用潜力。然而,由于光学附件中的折射棱镜设计不合理,导致部分光信号在传输途中被吸收,反射光谱质量普遍较差。本文提出一种全内反射紫外光谱附件的改良方法,显著提高了液-液界面反射光谱的信噪比。在此基础上,利用二维相关光谱法(2D-COS)研究了稀土钕离子与二环己基并-18-冠醚-6(DC18C6)分子在界面处的相互作用。
Total internal reflection UV absorption spectroscopy has a wide range of potential applications in separation sciences such as extraction and sorption.It can be used for in situ characterization of molecular and ionic interactions at liquid-liquid,solid-liquid and gas-liquid interfaces.However,due to the unreasonable design of the refractive prisms in the optical accessories,some of the light signal is absorbed and the quality of the available reflectance spectra is generally poor.In this study,we propose a modifying total internal reflection spectroscopy accessory,which significantly improved signal-to-noise ratio of reflectance spectra at the liquid-liquid interface.On this basis,we used the two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy to investigation the interface interaction of Neodymium ion with dicyclohexylidene-18-crown-6.
