近海沉积物中重金属的可见-近红外光谱分析

摘要 沉积物中重金属的含量是评价海洋生态环境质量的重要指标,对于生态环境质量和现代海洋产业具有重要意义。现有沉积物中重金属含量的检测方法已不能满足海洋信息化的需求,迫切需要开发绿色、快速测定沉积物中重金属含量的方法。可见-近红外反射光谱在土壤/沉积物中有机碳、总氮、粘度、粒度等多参数的光谱速测方面,已有大量研究。其中,基于可见-近红外反射光谱的土壤/沉积物中重金属光谱分析也逐年递增,显示了巨大的科研价值和广阔的市场前景。本文综述了近20年的相关研究,以期为近海沉积环境信息化监测和装备开发提供技术支持。 Heavy metal concentrations in sediments are important indicators for evaluating the quality of marine ecological environment,which play an important role in ecological environment quality and modern marine industry.The existing detection methods of heavy metal concentrations in sediments can no longer meet the needs of marine informatization;therefore,it urgently needs to develop the green and rapid methods for measuring heavy metal concentrations in sediments.There has been many studies on the spectral analysis of multiple parameters such as organic carbon,total nitrogen,viscosity,and particle size in soils/sediments using visible near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy(VINR).Among them,spectral analysis of heavy metals in soils/sediments by VINR is also increasing with year,demonstrating enormous scientific research value and broad market prospects.This article reviewed the relevant studies in the past 20years,aiming at providing technical support for informationbased monitoring and equipment development of coastal sedimentary environments.
