摘要
银杏叶具有很高的药用价值,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术对银杏叶片的幼叶、成叶、老叶和落叶进行研究,光谱结果表明在银杏叶片生长过程中,黄酮类化合物、蛋白质及糖类的含量均存在差异,且可以利用二维相关光谱快速准确地区别出叶片的生长阶段。
Ginkgo leaf has high medicinal value.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to study naturally aging leaves of Ginkgo leaves.The results show that the contents of flavonoids compounds,proteins and saccharides were different,and two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy might be used to quickly and accurately distinguish the growth stage of leaves.
