扇贝壳有序结构的FTIR研究

摘要 经过千万年的自然选择,扇贝壳进化出了周期性有序结构,独特结构赋予其的性能,以帮助自己在自然界中会更好地生存。以扇贝壳优异的力学性能及珍珠光泽,近年来在建筑及装饰材料上得到广泛应用。对扇贝壳有序结构的不同形态位置进行FTIR光谱研究,发现不同形态位置珠光层其主要成分碳酸钙,而FTIR吸收峰的峰形、峰位则表现出明显的变化,这些变化说明了生物矿化材料中有机基质对无机晶体的配位作用,研究结果从分子光谱学角度对此类仿生材料的生成应用提供参考。 After millions of years of natural selection,the scallop shell has evolved a periodic ordered structure.Its unique structure gives it the performance to help it survive better in nature.Due to the excellent mechanical properties and pearl luster,scallop shell has been widely used in building and decorative materials.The FTIR spectra of different morphological positions of the ordered structure of the scallop shell showed that the main component of the pearlite layer in different morphological positions was calcium carbonate,and the peak shape and peak position of the FTIR absorption peak showed obvious changes.These changes indicated the coordination effect of organic matrix on inorganic crystals in biomineralization materials.The research results provided a reference for the generation and application of such bionic materials from the perspective of molecular spectroscopy.
