基于显微共焦拉曼光谱德州驴精液鉴定方法的研究

摘要 保护我国特殊生物资源是国家生物安全关键领域之一,资源的流失将会对我国基因遗传数据库造成难以估量的损失。德州驴已被国家列入地方品种保护名录,为加强德州驴生物资源的保护,建立凭证特殊生物信息数据库,开展三粉驴和乌头驴两类德州驴的共焦显微拉曼光谱的研究,提取精液中糖、脂类、蛋白质和氨基酸等分子的拉曼光谱,分析比较两类德州驴精液中酪氨酸和苯丙氨酸的拉曼特性。在相同的实验条件下两类德州驴精液的共焦显微拉曼光谱基本一致,但仍存在一定差异,有助于构建凭证特殊生物信息数据库。 The protection of special biological resources is one of the key areas of national biosafety.Losing resources will cause incalculable loss to China’s genetic database.We have listed Dezhou donkey in the national protection list of local breeds.To strengthen the protection of Dezhou donkey’s biological resources,a database of special biological information was established,the confocal micro-Raman spectra of aconite donkey and three pink donkey were studied,the Raman spectra of sugar,lipid,protein and amino acid in semen were extracted,and the Raman properties of tyrosine and phenylalanine in semen of two kinds of Dezhou donkey were analysed and compared.Under the same experimental conditions,the confocal micro-Raman spectra of Dezhou donkey semen are basically the same,but there are still some differences,which is helpful to build the special biological information database of the voucher.
