摘要
利用核磁共振法(NMR)研究苯硼酸与1,2,4-丁三醇相互作用位点。研究结果表明苯硼酸与1,2,4-丁三醇以1∶1计量比络合生成5元螯合环苯硼酸酯或6元螯合环苯硼酸酯。并研究了反应摩尔比对作用位点的影响。
The nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)method was used to study the interaction sites between phenylboronic acid and 1,2,4-butanetriol.The results show that phenylboronic acid is complexed with 1,2,4-butanetriol in a 1∶1 stoichiometric to form a five-and/or six-membered chelate cyclophenylborate.The effect of reaction molar ratio on the site of reaction was also studied.
