摘要
新型刺激-响应聚合物荧光基质探针的构建及其活体分析化学应用研究具有重要的意义。采用液滴微流控合成装置合成制备了一系列荧光智能聚合物基质探针,结合荧光共聚焦技术,将其应用于生物活体生理活性物质分析及活细胞的温度变化成像研究中。利用聚合物的刺激-响应性可引起键合于聚合物链上荧光强度的变化,高效高灵敏地识别了ATP、糖、蛋白等生理活性物质,并实时监测了细胞内的温度变化。
Microfluidic droplets approach has been extensively exploited in chemistry/life science.In droplet synthesis devices,each microdroplet is essentially considered as a tiny reaction flask,which has the benefits of highly efficient mixing and heat transfer rate.In this report,by taking advantages of microfluidic droplet synthesis system,several kinds of well dispersed and stable stimuli-responsive block copolymer have been quickly prepared and used as the unique fluorescent probes for sensing application in living bio-system.
