摘要
建立了基于FT-ICR MS技术的不同批次烟用香精香料配方一致性分析方法,结果如下:(1)对比N值法与均值加权法,选取N值法对变量进行筛选,可以获得更可靠的结果;(2)采用插值法,步长为0.02时,对灵敏度和计算结果没有影响;(3)采用相关系数法和主成分分析法,可以筛查配方变化的样品。通过对59种不同批次样品进行分析,结合FT-ICR MS技术,可直观、快速地筛除配方不一致的批次,以达到烟草吸食效果一致性的目的。鉴别出了每种样品中配方不一致的批次,为评价不同批次烟用香精香料的配方一致性提供了依据,对实际生产中烟用香精香料的质量控制具有良好的实用价值。
A method based on FT-ICR MS was established to analyze the consistency of flavor and fragrance formulations in different batches of tobacco.The results show that:(1)Compare N-value method with weighted average method,and choose N-value method forvariables election toobtain more reliable results;(2)When the step length is 0.02,the interpolation method has no effect on the sensitivity and calculation results;(3)Correlation Coefficient method and PCA can be used to screen samples with different formulations.Combined with FT-ICR MS technology,59 samples of different batches were analyzed to screen out the batch with different formulation directly and quickly,so as to achieve the consistency of smoking effect of tobacco.The batches with inconsistent for mulation sineach sample are identified,which provides a basis for evaluating the consistency of the formulations of different flavors and flavors of tobacco.The application has good practical value for the quality control of tobacco flavors and fragrance in actual production.
