摘要
采用碱腐蚀单晶硅得到的绒面结构为基底制备太阳能电池。金字塔绒面形貌用扫描电镜观察,反射率用紫外-可见分光光度计进行测试。比较了15%~23%w.t.Na2CO3+4%w.t.NaHCO3的混合溶液95℃腐蚀20 min在降低反射率方面的效果。以n-100型单晶硅为衬底,采用直流磁控溅射、热蒸发等技术制备Al/AZO/P-H:硅太阳能电池,初步探讨了绒面结构对氢化硅太阳能电池短路电流和开路电压的影响。
Solar cells were fabricated on the base of the rough structure of alkali etched silicon.The morphology of pyramidal was observed by SEM,and the reflectivity was measured by UV-Vis spectrophotometer.The effect of 15%~23%w.t.Na2CO3 add 4%w.t.NaHCO3 mixed solution corrosion at 95℃for 20 min on the reduction of reflectivity was compared.Al/AZO/P-H:silicon solar cells were prepared by DC magnetron sputtering and thermal evaporation on N-100 single crystal silicon substrate.The effect of rough structure on short circuit current and open circuit voltage of silicon hydride solar cells was discussed.
