摘要
基于花青素与脂质体磷脂膜尾部的疏水作用构建自组装水溶性纳米探针。花青素染料对甲基汞具有特异性环化反应。实验结果表明,此水溶性纳米探针与甲基汞反应后的荧光光谱信号发生明显上升,而对其他种类的重金属(包括铬、镉等)荧光光谱峰几乎没有变化,证明水溶性纳米探针对甲基汞的检测具有特异性。分析花青素与甲基汞发生环化反应后的峰值数据,表明光谱信号与甲基汞浓度关系的变化呈线性关系。利用上述制备的水溶性纳米探针检测温州渔业水体中的甲基汞含量。
Self-assembling water-soluble nanoprobes were constructed based on the hydrophobic interaction of anthocyanins and liposome phospholipids.Anthocyanin dyes have specific cyclization reaction to methylmercury.The experimental results show that the fluorescence spectrum increases significantly after the water-soluble nanoprobes react with methylmercury,while the peaks hardly change for other heavy metals(including chromium,cadmium,etc.),which proves the specific detection to methylmercury with water-soluble nanoprobes.The spectral signal and methylmercury concentrations show linear relationship after cyclization reaction.The content of methylmercury in Wenzhou fishery water was detected using the water-soluble nanoprobes.
