葡萄干的傅里叶变换红外光谱鉴别研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)结合二维相关红外光谱(2D-IR)对不同种类葡萄干进行鉴别研究。结果显示5个种类的原始光谱图整体相似,光谱主要由糖类峰构成;二维相关红外光谱结果显示在960~1100 cm-1范围内不同种类葡萄干自动峰数目及强度存在显著差异。结果表明,FTIR结合2D-IR能够有效鉴别不同种类葡萄干。 Different types of raisins were distinguished by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy and two-dimensional correlation infrared(2 D-IR)spectroscopy.The results showed that the original spectra of 5 species were similar,which were composed of the characteristic absorption peak of carbohydrates.The number and intensities of auto-peaks and cross-peaks were obvious different in the 2 D-IR spectra in the range of 960~1100 cm-1.The results show that FTIR combined with 2 D-IR can effectively identify different types of raisins.
