荧光碳量子点用于有机酸的可视化检测 被引量:1

摘要 荧光碳量子点因具有优异的光学性质、低毒性、低成本等诸多优点,已广泛应用于可视化检测领域。以葡萄糖为碳源,利用超声法制备了荧光碳量子点,对葡萄糖浓度、NaOH浓度、超声时间等条件进行了优化。利用碳量子点荧光强度与甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、柠檬酸、草酸等多种酸的浓度之间的良好线性关系,将荧光量子点应用于多种有机酸的可视化检测,该方法简单、绿色,有望进一步开发应用于建立新型液相色谱检测器。 Fluorescence carbon quantum dots are a new type of zero-dimensional carbon-based materials.Due to the excellent optical properties and low toxicity,carbon quantum dots are widely used in visual detection.In this work,glucose was used as carbon source to prepare fluorescent carbon quantum dots by ultrasonic method.The glucose concentration,NaOH concentration and ultrasonic time were optimized.Based on the good linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity of carbon quantum dots and the concentration of various acids such as formic acid,acetic acid,propionic acid,citric acid,oxalic acid,etc.,the fluorescent quantum dots are applied to the visual detection of various organic acids.This method is simple and green,and is expected to be further developed and applied to the establishment of a new liquid chromatography detector.
