碳点/金纳米复合材料的SERS及催化性质研究 被引量:1

摘要 碳点作为一种新兴的碳基荧光材料,由于其独特的物理和化学性质,受到了越来越多研究者的青睐。近年来,研究者们通过将碳点与其他纳米材料复合,获得了兼具多功能特性(例如光催化和表面增强拉曼散射)的纳米复合材料[1]。在本研究中,我们将碳点与金纳米粒子复合,得到了核壳结构的球形Au@CDs纳米粒子。将染料分子R6G作为探针分子,Au@CDs展现出良好的SERS增强性质,并且通过SERS手段实时监测了Au@CDs纳米粒子在过氧化氢存在下催化TMB的过程。 Carbon dots(CDs)have attracted extensive interest owing to their unparalleled physical and chemical characteristics.In recent years,researchers have combined carbon dots with other nanomaterials to obtain nanocomposites with multifunctional properties,such as photocatalysis and surface-enhanced Raman scattering.In this work,we developed a facile and controllable method for fabricating core-shell Au@CDs nanoparticles.In addition,we found that the Au@CDs NPs could be utilized as an efficient SERS substrate by using R6 G as the probe molecules.The as-prepared Au@CDs NPs used as the SERS substrate also exhibited excellent peroxidase-like catalytic activity for in situ super-sensitive monitoring of the catalytic oxidation process of 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine by H2O2.
