摘要
上海市不动产登记平台是上海市落实《不动产登记暂行条例》的具体实施,也是为了更好地提供便民利民服务而组织研发的不动产登记信息管理平台。经过几年的应用和拓展,该平台已成为不动产登记日常工作的关键组成部分。本文对平台建设设计过程中采取的领域驱动设计、规则引擎、微服务架构以及平台应用情况进行了简要介绍。
Shanghai real estate registration platform is a suite of applications developed to enforce the"Interim Regulations on Real Estate Registration"and provides convenient services for the citizens.After years of development and extension,the platform becomes one of the crucial parts of real estate registration.This paper gives a brief introduction to the methodologies and technologies used in the architecture design of the platform,including domain driven design,rules engine and micro-service architecture.
