摘要
立足广东省不动产登记工作实际,对省市县一体化不动产登记与监管服务信息平台进行了有效的探讨与构建,并对其关键技术进行了详细阐述。在不动产登记与监管服务实际应用中,该平台有效地规范了广东省地方不动产登记工作,实现不动产登记信息多级监管的目标,达到了提高不动产登记质量的预期效果。
Based on the reality of real estate registration in Guangdong province,this paper discusses and constructs the integrated real estate registration and supervision service information platform in cities and counties of Guangdong province,and expounds its key technologies in detail.
