深化不动产登记一窗云平台建设的思考与实践

Thought and practice of deepening the construction of real estate "One Counter" registration cloud platform

围绕国家"放管服"改革和推进"互联网+政务服务"的总体要求,浙江省通过统筹不动产登记一窗云平台建设,支撑了全省不动产登记"最多跑一次"。本文对浙江省不动产登记信息管理平台建设现状、存在问题及建设需求进行综合分析,结合《浙江省优化营商环境不动产登记"一件事"便利化行动方案》实施情况,提出进一步优化流程、夯实基础、加强内外部信息共享、不断提升用户体验,实现企业和群众不动产登记"一件事"全流程"最多跑一次"。

According to China’s overall requirements of reforms to streamline administration,delegate powers,and improve regulation&services,and requirements of"Internet+Government Services",on the comprehensive analysis of systems construction status,existing problems and system construction needs,Zhejiang province has successfully supported the real estate registration in achieving"One stop,One trip,One paper"by building real estate registration"One Counter"cloud platform as a whole.The thesis summarizes how to optimizereal estate registration process,enhance the internal and external data sharing and improve user experience by using the real estate registration"One Counter"cloud platform.
